* Billed at $75/hour unless
otherwise specified.
* 1 hour minimum.
Telephone
Support:
* Any phone support that totals more than 1/2 hour in any 24 hour
period or 3 hours in any 7 day period it is billed at $60/hour.
Equipment
& Supplies
* Hardware, software or
supplies purchased on behalf of the client are billed at cost plus 10%.
* All equipment is covered by a 90 day warranty unless otherwise
specified.
